b) Customer Requirements

You must ensure:

  • The vehicle or cargo is ready at the agreed time
  • All documents (V5, invoices, ID, etc.) are available
  • The collection location is accessible

Missed collections may incur additional fees.

a) Transit Times

Transit times depend on:

  • Carrier availability
  • Vessel schedules
  • Customs clearance
  • Port operations

All transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

b) Tracking

Tracking availability depends on the carrier. Where possible, we provide updates or tracking references.

c) Handling

Goods are handled according to carrier procedures and BIFA STCs.

Customers may choose:

  • With Insurance
  • Without Insurance

If you decline insurance, you accept full responsibility for:

  • Transit risks

Insurance claims must follow the insurer’s terms and conditions.

You are responsible for providing accurate customs information, including:

  • TOR documents
  • EORI numbers
  • Purchase invoices
  • Vehicle titles
  • Identification

We are not liable for delays caused by missing or incorrect documents.

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

 

8. Prohibited or Restricted Items

We cannot ship:

  • Illegal goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Items restricted by UK or destination‑country laws
  • Goods without proper documentation

If prohibited items are found, the shipment may be cancelled or seized.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy and BIFA STCs. Once a vehicle or cargo has been collected, refunds are not available.
